Our aim Highfield St Matthew's is to ensure that pupils are given opportunities to develop leadership skills in order to prepare them for future life. 

There are a range of ways that children of all ages can develop their leadership skills:

• Representing school at local competitions
• Subject Ambassadors
• WOWS (Local school's cluster) Arts and Music Festivals
